Revamp Wraps – Terms & Conditions

A LEGAL DISCLAIMER

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) apply to all vinyl and architectural installation services provided by Revamp Wraps (“Company”) to the Client (“Client”). By confirming a project, the Client agrees to the following terms:

TERMS & CONDITIONS - THE BASICS

1. Project Scope
Revamp Wraps will provide vinyl printing, installation, and/or architectural surface wrapping services as agreed upon in the approved estimate or project proposal. Any changes to the scope after approval may result in additional charges.

2. Deposit Requirement
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to schedule and confirm all installation services. This deposit secures the project date(s), materials, and labor allocation.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled installation date may be eligible for a partial credit of the deposit toward a future project (at Revamp Wraps’ discretion).

  • Cancellations made within 7 calendar days of the scheduled installation will result in forfeiture of the full deposit due to reserved time, materials, and staffing.


4. Final Payment
The remaining 50% balance is due immediately upon completion of the installation. Payment may be made via credit card, ACH transfer, or approved business check.

5. Delays & Rescheduling
If the Client needs to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, a minimum of 5 business days’ notice is required. Revamp Wraps will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the new date, but availability is not guaranteed.

6. Site Readiness
Client is responsible for ensuring the installation site is clean, dry, and accessible on the scheduled date. Delays caused by site inaccessibility or safety issues may result in additional fees.

7. Materials & Warranty
All materials used are of industry-standard quality. Warranty information for specific vinyl types (e.g., 3M DI-NOC) will be provided upon request. Improper maintenance or tampering with the installation may void any warranty.

8. Limitation of Liability
Revamp Wraps is not liable for damages caused by surface conditions, prior installations, or pre-existing structural issues. Client is responsible for confirming that all surfaces are suitable for vinyl application.

9. Ownership & Usage
All final artwork and designs remain the property of the Client once paid in full. Revamp Wraps reserves the right to photograph finished work for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.

10. Acceptance of Terms
By confirming the project with a deposit, the Client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
